GLAMOROUS ACCESSORIES: Exotic Green Louboutins

I love, love, love this shot of these beautiful Louboutin heels, which have a stylish, funky and even exotic look to them, right up my street (although not my price range, perhaps!)

I love statement accessories like this for weddings, although I have a feeling that they may stand out less with the blinged-out bridal outfits that we Asian women wear!

For some reason, these remind me of something almost Oriental, or something I can see on a mehndi night - but for now, they'll be on my dream list!

GLAMOROUS ACCESSORIES: The Disney Butterfly Louboutins

Saw these Disney-inspired heels by Louboutines in Selfridges yesterday, but was unsure about whether or not they are the sort of thing I would look at twice, mostly because they look so, well, girly. While I think it's a very funky design (and the heel size is adventurously high!), the jury's still out for me about whether these would be something I'd want in my wardrobe! What do you think of them? Are you in favour of Disney-inspired clothes?

GLAMOROUS ACCESSORIES: Blue Soled Louboutins

Here's some eye-candy to start the week, these yummy green Louboutins heels with a blue sole, as photographed by wedding photographer Marie Labbancz, which make a refreshing colour theme and look really pretty - I can really imagine these two colours for a mehndi colour theme too!

Not sure whether I'd be able to afford these beauties, but a girl can dream!

In the mean time, be sure to look through Marie's other pictures, some of them are absolutely magical!

GLAMOROUS ACCESSORIES: Louboutin Goes Classical

The famous Christian Louboutin brand has joined up with photographer Peter Lippman to recreate and re-interpret famous classical paintings to show the Louboutin famous shoe brand. I think this is an ingenius concept, and the details that have gone into these are absolutely beautiful.  The addition of the shoes in each picture are done very naturally (although the fifth one down incorporates a Hermes bag rather than the shoe), and really fits in with the iconic image and the women of each painting. Previous campaigns such as a shoot done in 2009 which Lippman worked on with Louboutin on can been seen here.

You can see the comparisons of the original paintings and the Louboutin versions here, as well as further details about the creators of the concept.
Anyone else a fan of this campaign?
